About Shelli

Shelli Main is the Owner of “Fitness On Fire NorCal”, a fitness company specializing in Circuit Style Boot Camp and Personal Training activities in Santa Rosa, California. Shelli founded Fitness On Fire to bring her style of Boot Camp training to campers in a more intimate training setting. Shelli has earned her nickname “Shell Hell” via her demanding workouts and energetic coaching style. While deserving of her title “Shell Hell”, she is also known for her warm, caring, friendly and fun loving personality. Somehow she makes intense workouts fun as well as productive and fulfilling.

Shelli is a fifth generation Sonoma County native who is deeply rooted in the community. Shelli has a passion for helping others achieve their goals for a lifetime of good health and fitness. This passion led her to receive her ACE Personal Trainer Certification and her career in personal training. She is an avid runner, who has competed in many events of various distances all over the US.  Shelli has grown children of whom she is extremely proud, two darling grand children, two spunky rescue dogs  and a wonderful husband who is equally athletic and adventurous.

To start, I will provide a 20 minute Fitness consultation at no charge to discuss your overall health, fitness level, eating habits, and goals. You will be asked to fill out a health questionnaire and informed consent document.


2024 Rates

Private One Hour

  • $65 per session
  • Buy a group of 4 sessions for $225
  • Special Youth Rate (age 14 & under) $50 per session. Buy a group of 4 sessions for $175

Semi Private One Hour (2 people)

  • $80 per session ($40 per person)

Join ACE Certified Personal Trainer Shelli Main for a 45-60 minute “Boot Camp” style workout


Time:

Live on ZOOM Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9-10 AM and Monday 5:30-6:30 PM, in person, at Faith Lutheran Church, 4930 Newanga Ave. Santa Rosa
(Holidays and trainer’s vacation excluded)

Location:

For now, in your own location. I offer 3 live Zoom classes and I also provide the recordings for you to do on your own time frame. The Monday PM class, in person, is being held at 4930 Newanga Ave at the Faith Lutheran Church in their parking lot.

Fees:

  • $100 for 10 session punch card (no expiration date)
  • $10 per day drop-in fee
  • $10 per recorded class
  • First class is always FREE

All Fitness Levels Can Participate

You will need an exercise mat, one or two sets of  dumb bells. Dumb bells should be 5 lbs. for beginners, 8 to 12 lbs. for experienced. A set of mini bands, a stretch cord and a foam roller. We do many repetitions so choose accordingly.

Workouts will include a 5 minute warm-up, and various combinations of cardio, strength & core training, ending with a 5 minute stretching cool-down. The workout format and timing is different each class.
